Partner Policy
Partners are the most important resources of CDP. CDP's objectives are aligned with our partners'. Our partnership is a win-win for both CDP and partners.
The nature of our business dedicates that we establish long term relationships with our customers and partnerships.
Who is Partner
Partner must actively involve in the customer acquisition and closing process. Afterwards, actively maintain customer relationship. Referral only cannot qualify for partners. Revenue and responsibility sharing.
General Principles of Partnership
CDP is not competing on price. However, CDP provides high end services at the current market prices.
All sales contracts have to be approved by Executive Management Committee (EMC). Consultation to EMC members are necessary before making proposals to customers.
CDP'S Partners
CDP's partner network includes hardware infrastructure (computer and network equipment) providers, software infrastructure (database, enterprise messaging systems, middle wares) providers, software development tools and professional services providers.
